These Terms govern your access to and use of Valycron (the “Marketplace”). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms.
You must be able to form a binding contract and, where required, have permission from a parent or guardian. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your Roblox username.
All products are digital and delivered as described on each product page. Delivery times are estimates. See our Delivery Policy for details.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in AUD unless stated otherwise. We do not store your card details.
You must not use the Marketplace for anything listed on our Marketplace Safety page, or in any way that violates the Roblox Terms of Use or applicable law.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and your statutory rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valycron is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Valycron is an independent marketplace and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. Roblox is a trademark of Roblox Corporation.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
